Technician Jose G. located and repaired a leaking main water line supplying our house, on a Friday night, in the dark, in a 3-feet deep hole. Amazing work, highly professional. Being a yearly member saved me $400 on the repair and put my emergency repair at the head of the queue. When the faucet screens got clogged with residual sand and we called the company, Jose G. came out early the next morning on his day off to check it out and fixed them for us. I can recommend this company without reservation and cannot say enough good things about Jose G.

Alvino and George removed the leaking water heater and installed a new water heater quickly and professionally. I discussed getting a water heater that qualified for the rebate from the gas company; however, the water heater installed did not qualify for the rebate. I would have appreciated getting a little bit back but overall, am happy with the service and installation.

I had a second visit from Danny because there was a hissing sound coming from the toilet tank that was recently replaced. It turns out there was a problem with a faulty part that was previously installed. It was all under warranty, so there was no charge. Danny was at his best as usual and replaced the part quickly and professionally. I can't say enough positive things about Danny. He is a gem that Valley Plumbing should treasure and be proud of! Danny is awesome. He is polite, patient, courteous, and personable. He thoroughly cleaned up after himself.
